THE QUANAH CITIZENS BAND (but the front of their shirts illustrates FIRE STATION #1).
Almost all of the men in the photograph are identified on the back.  On the lower left part of the image, there is a big bass drum with a hand painted portrait of

On the floor, in front of the bass drum, is the fire department's mascot DOG (some type of Spaniel) and it is wearing a Fire Department BAND HAT with a plume of feathers on top of the hat. ...looks like the dog may be bored or sleeping or both.
If you zoom in close, you will notice this:  ARTIST: F. L. Saunders.   That's the name of the photographer.
    CONDITION:
Very old with flaws, rounded corners, chips, etc. but in pretty darn good condition. Approximate size of this cabinet photo including the original mounting board is 12" X 9 1/2".  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is NOT attached to the photo.  The "quarter" is not attached either.   The mounting board seems quite strong and very rigid.
Below, I did my best to interpret the names of people listed in the 2 columns on the back of the mounting board:
